Large manufacturer of hydraulic lifting, loading and handling systems, especially known for the cranes is searching a Sales Admin Assistant to join their growing team. Position based in Wadeville.

  • Computer – Excel -Word
  • Sales admin experience - must come from a workshop environment.

  • Prepare Cost Module
  • Prepare Quotation
  • Submit Quotation
Production
  • Load Test Register in-put
  • Prepare Load Test Certificates
  • Prepare Handover Packs
  • Thank You Letters
Product Registration
  • Handover + Warranty Confirmation - Scanning of documents
  • Allocate + Save photos
  • Extranet – Upload and Register all new Products sold
Miscellaneous:
  • Cleaning Files
  • Crane Sales Register - Capture
  • M-Job Register – Capture
  • Final Archiving
  • Confirmation Letters
