Sales Admin Assistant

Minimum requirements:

• Must be vaccinated. 
• Must have post-graduate education. 
• Strong excel skills. 
• High volume of reporting. 
• Minimum 3 years of experience. 

Duties & responsibilities:
- Obtaining information from various sources including QuickBooks and Qlikview
- Generating and distributing relevant reports.
- Uploading various reports and key information on Monday.com
- Organizing, sorting and archiving all reports.
- Attending regular meetings with Sales and Marketing Managers
- Assisting with marketing material compilation and distribution
- Assisting with Lead Generation and maintenance of clients
- Assisting with Marketing and e-Commerce development
- Assisting with switchboard duties and customer queries
- Capturing and archiving orders from key accounts, and other customers as required.
- Assisting with various admin duties as and when needed at the discretion of management
