Atlantis – R30K – R35K CTC. Including Pension, Medical Aid & Car Allowance. Plus Commission and Fuel Card.

Are you currently a Sales Executive in the Building Industry or related fields looking for a change of scenery?

My client, one of the largest specialist nonwoven producers in South Africa, is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to form part of the senior sales team, responsible for the building materials market segment (Insulation Products) at retail and industrial level. Duties include:

• Take overall responsibility for the sales performance and results of the territory
• Set budgets in consultation with senior management
• Formulate sales plans and initiatives to meet set budgets
• Identify and establish new markets for the product range
• Explore and establish new product lines
• Assume national key account responsibility up to head office level
• Develop and maintain existing markets and customers.
• Set up and nurturing distribution networks.
• Do technical support/product training to customers
• Collect market intelligence and build a market model
• Compile and submit relevant reports/sales forecasts

You may be the successful candidate to join the Atlantis team to exceed customer expectations and targets and generate income potential by developing and expanding the customer base through creative and innovative sales strategies if you have:

• Proven marketing and strong entrepreneurial ability.
• Industrial product / brand management experience.
• Good business acumen.
• A strong customer service orientation
• Strong commercial flair. High level of numeracy.
• Excellent leadership qualities.
• A tertiary qualification in sales / marketing / business development from a reputable academic institution.
• The personality attributes and selling and entrepreneurial skills typically associated with successful sales & marketing people.
• A Code 08 unendorsed driver’s license.
• Your own reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes.
• Excellent bilingual (English & Afrikaans) communication skills (verbal & written).
• An extraordinary passion for people, quality and products.
