Sales & Marketing Administrator

POSITION INFO:

Are you a diligent service delivery professional who exhibits exceptional communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills for project management and logistics? If you are highly organised and a multitasker, proactive with a solid understanding of supply chain management and client relations then this opportunity might be for you.   

Competent in planning and organising, has excellent problem solving abilities, customer orientated, teamplayer that enjoys responsibility.

• Matric minimum requirement
• At least 4 years working experience in a similar role

Duties:

• Support the sales representatives with administrative tasks
• Create sales and purchase orders
• Generate and issue internal requisitions and picking lists
• Generate shipping documents 
• Distritue weekly transport planning sheet
• Weekly operation sales report
• Reconciled backdates sales orders on Syspro/Pastel or any other program
• Sales proposals and monthly/weekly forecasting reports
• Stock reports, sales reports and sales recons
• Capture invoices
• General customer queries and follow up
