Calling all Salaries/Payroll Clerks

POSITION INFO:

My client, a leading and well known company based in Woodstock requires a competent and experienced Salaries Clerk to join their team.

Requirements

Matric/ Grade 12 ESSENTIAL

At least 3 - 5 years Payroll Experience.

Payroll certificate would be an advantage.

Must be competent in Excell

Experience in VIP Payroll will be a huge bonus

Must be familiar with Basic Conditions of Employment Act

Must be Criminal Clear

Must be Credit Clear

SA Citizens only

Skills required

· Numeracy

· Literacy

· Good communicator

· Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

· An appropriate level of emotional intelligence

· Good interpersonal skills

Job description key outputs

· Input of data onto a computerized payroll system (new engagements, terminations leave etc.),

· Employee queries.

· Checking payroll output.

· Work in a well-organized manner and demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail, even when under pressure

· To professionally deal with employees and colleagues

· Work in a team to achieve company objectives
