SUMMARY:
Sage

POSITION INFO:

Plan and perform tasks against work plans as defined in conjunction with the team leader.
Act as a liaison and engage with external stakeholders for the timeous completion of Implementations.
Configure, maintain and support client Sage solutions within agreed timelines
Responding to and resolving Sage support queries
Prepare and engage in team status meetings.
Run demos for prospects, develop presentations
Handle customer presentation, quotes, RFIs and RFPs

Experience and Qualifications

BCom, BSc degree with Financial or Accounting related subjects as majors and completed articles is preferred
Completed SAIPA/SAICA articles
Basic Microsoft Excel Skills
Microsoft SQL and basic Sage packages understanding would be beneficial
The applicant must be a responsible person and must be able to work independently
The applicant must have good client relations and respond quickly to client queries
The applicant must have good communications and writing skills
