JOB DESCRIPTION:

Red Ember is currently recruiting for a Sage 300 People Payroll Administrator.
The successful candidates will have experience in the following but not limited to:

  • Sage 300 People system
  • Advance Excel Vlookup and Pivot tables
  • Payroll Management: Salaries and Benefits
  • General Ledger
  • Wages - weekly and bi-weekly
  • Job Costing & importing
  • People Payroll Reconciliation
  • People Report Customization
  • EMP201
  • ETI

Payroll Input:

  • Add newly appointed employees and terminate employees
  • Preparing and collecting input data, to assist with Take-on, understands the system, and can work unassisted
  • Earnings/ deduction input (Normal hours, overtime, loans, garnishee etc)
  • Link methods for pension or medical aid deduction on new employees/ changes
  • Modify employee fixed information
  • Process increases/ bonuses
  • Leave processing
  • Working with the leave module, equity and skills
  • Print standard reports on Sage 300 People
  • Mid-year and Year-end Tax Submissions
