SUMMARY:
Our JSE listed company is looking for a SAGE 200 evolution consultant!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities

Conduct a discovery by analysing Client’s Business requirements and processes
Document findings and requirements in a functional requirements document
Review existing business processes and assess system fit with business processes
Identify opportunities to re-engineer business processes
Guide the client through business process re-engineering
Configuring all aspects of the Sage 200 implementations to meet client’s requirements
Define the data migration process, if needed
Be responsible for user acceptance testing
Provide training to each functional area within the organization
Utilize the train-the-trainer approach
Provide support during and after “go live”
As needed, assist the SMEs to train the end-users on the functionality of the new system
Provide training prior to go-live and post-go-live as needed

Essential Functions

Effectively working with Project Managers to ensure the solution is of the highest quality for client satisfaction
Be experienced with projects, planning, requirements gathering, business process mapping
Understand common industry business practices
Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects successfully.
Outstanding organizational, time management, communication, and listening skills required
Exhibit strong interpersonal, customer service, decision-making, and analytical abilities
Ability to function effectively in collaborative, team-oriented environments

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sage 200 Consultant
Certified Sage 200 Evolution Consultant
In-depth knowledge of all Sage 200 modules
Knowledge of Sage Services add-on module
Strong communication skills (manage client relationships and expectations)
