Safety Officer(SACPMP Certified)

SUMMARY:
Urgently looking for certified SACPCMP Safety Officers for various mining sites around South Africa.

All work is contract work

POSITION INFO:
Min 5 year exp in Petro-Chemical Industry
Must have SACPCMP certification( A registration will not qualify for this position)
Sound knowledge of Construction regulations
Must have own laptop
Willing to travel and sleep out
Neat and Systematic worker
Create and complete health and safety file various construction sites.
Ensuring that all sun contractors comply with health and safety specifications and regulations
Conduct risk assesments
Daily site inspection
Monthly site audit on all sub contractors if applicable
Developing of health and safety rules
Drafting of legal appointments
Developing, reviewing, monitoring and communicating af all risk assessments based on provided methodology
Compiling site inspection reports after site visits and managements attention
Conduct training(Toolbox talks, inductions etc
Conduct formal inspection of tools, equipment, docs,and the general workplace environment and keep registers of such inspections
