SYSTEMS SUPPORT (FINANCIAL)

R 14 – 24 000

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

• This position will form part of the Finance Systems team that fall in the greater Finance

Department, reporting into the CFO.

The Finance Systems team is responsible for developing and maintaining companies financial systems (NetSuite, SageOne, amongst others).

The team consists of Developers, Data Specialist, and System Administrators.

 We respectfully help our customers (specifically focusing on Finance Departments) to be successful and efficient in their respective duties.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Provide support for users of companie’s financial systems: NetSuite, (Billing and Debtors
• modules)
• Troubleshooting reported issues with companie financial systems: NetSuite (Billing and Debtors modules)
• Test new functionality of companies financial systems: NetSuite(Billing and Debtors modules)
• Assist with system administration:
• Data clean-up
• Record maintenance
• Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords
• The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills: -
• Microsoft Excel
• 2 years’ experience working on NetSuite
• 1 year experience working on HeroTill, would be advantageous
• Previous experience and understanding of business and finance principles
• Proficient in Afrikaans and English (both written and verbal)
• High attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of customer service
• Ability to rise above negative feedback

Qualifications

• Matric
• B Degree in Business or Finance related field, would be advantageous
