POSITION INFO:

SYSPRO Support Consultant – Johannesburg

Salary: R360k – R480k. TCTC per annum depending on years of experience

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a SYSPRO Support Consultant for a permanent position based in Alberton, Gauteng. 7-10 years’ experience working with Syspro ERP Systems. R30-40k CTC Per Month.

Purpose of Position:

The purpose of this position is to support and maintain the business on their Syspro ERP system. This function is currently outsourced, and our client is seeking to employ a permanent consultant to be available permanently on site to assist the group and avoid delays in delivering on their project deadlines. This position reports directly to the Financial Director.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric; Relevant tertiary (or studying towards) qualification advantageous (B.Comm, Informatics, IT, Business Analysis)
• 7 – 10 Years experience on Syspro
• Own Transport
• High attention & Eye for detail
  • Not apprehensive to phone calls and after-hours communication required to resolve issues with staff
  • Collaborate with system development, third party application support, and internal stakeholders to resolve any integration or network issues as needed

Duties:

• Experience with the Syspro ERP technologies on an administrative/support level
• Experience with SQL database structures and SQL queries
• Decent understanding of accounting and the financial models of Syspro
• High attention to detail required
• Excellent written and verbal communication/ interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical, design, and organizational skills, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel advantageous
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment across all levels of management and across functions
  • Maybe required to do report writing from time to time
