SYSPRO SUPER USER

The Syspro Administrator is responsible for maintaining the operation of the system, to balance
control accounts and to conduct month-end procedures.

A qualification in Accounting, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing a financial management system,
and an advanced level of computer literacy, is required. T

DUTIES:

Posting of all modules daily
• Weekly balancing of control accounts
• Loading new Debtors, Creditors and Ledger codes, Beneficiaries and stock on Syspro
• Liaise with users to resolve all system-related queries
• Process recons for Month-pack, per month end schedule.
• Complete Monthly Global Tax Recons
• Control and maintain user access
• Monthly reporting, as directed
• Provide system training, as and when required

REQUIREMENTS

Microsoft Excel Advanced level and Microsoft Access Intermediate
