STORES CONTROLLER - NORTHERN SUBURBS CPT

SUMMARY:
The main purpose of this position is to manage and control stock.

POSITION INFO:

DUTIES:

• To constantly evaluate the stores department in terms of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with the guidance of Technical Manager.
• To ensure that all De-installed/faulty units adjusted by admin and received by stores are transferred to stores locations within 72 hours after receipt daily.
• To ensure that all faulty stocks is tested and processed accordingly daily.
• To control and monitor receiving - dispatch - counter sales.
• To control and manage departmental office administration.
• To ensure accurate stock allocations to relevant locations on ERP.
• To take responsibility for the purchasing of all stock and other consumables.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric.
• Previous stores and/or stock control experience is required.

• MS Excel - Intermediate.
• AccPac - Intermediate. 
• MS CRM - Intermediate. 
• EQM - Intermediate. 
• Hub Tool - Basic.
