JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose: Capturing and Analysing as well as Managing information related to the increase of Parts and sales in the Life Cycle Support Department.

Minimum Qualifications: Matric Certificate: Required.

Minimum Experience: Exposure in Parts and/or Service Industry will be an advantage and Administrative skills or background 3 years experience.

Roles and Responsibilities include inter alia:
Data Managements

Capture, Monitor, review, combine and report on SPE activities for Individuals, Groups and Customers segments.
Update and Maintain data, such as CPR, HPP.

Component Management

Manage and obtain component change-out history from customer.

Sales Promotion

To calculate parts sales potential per individual, branch, or customer.
Obtain machine information in order to determine customer needs.
Update all relevant schedules for SPE’s visiting target customers.
Monitor the sales and feedback of proposals.
Analyse and report on sales, trends.
Share relevant information with stakeholders pertaining to each region.
Partake in branch parts sales meetings.
Support and assist the Service and parts Administrator/Leader in all tasks related to the SPE Activity.
