POSITION INFO:

SPA and Guest House Coordinator
Required for a SPA / Guest house in Rietfontein. Oversee all aspects of the operations of beauty, health and wellness of the spa and all aspects of event planning and management, including internal and external events, with experience planning exhibitions and large business-to-business events as well as running the day-to-day operations of the Air BnB.

Basic computer systems and software – Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel, SAGE - Accounting and financial software

Social media – as part of their advertising/promotions/marketing responsibilities, use social media platforms such as Twitter or Facebook to communicate information about the establishments and it is imperative that they have more than a basic knowledge about social media.

General skills - Telephone Skills, Good Verbal Communication, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Office Organization, Supply management, tracking budget expenses, managing processes, developing standards, promoting process improvement, Inventory control, Reporting skills.

Work Hours & Benefits:

Working days are from Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 – 17:00 and Saturdays from 8:00 – 13:00 with one weekend off per month, occasional evenings during Events / Bookings or when required.
