Manage and ensure the growth and development of the brand from a sales and product management.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Specialist required in Johannesburg, to manage and ensure the growth and development of the relevant brand from a sales and product management perspective. 2+ years’ experience in IT Distribution and Microsoft Brands. Must have Certification on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 portfolio (Fundamentals is a must), with experience in using Microsoft systems (Partner Centre, CRM)

Responsibilities

  • Exhibit key competencies of knowledge in supporting partners with Dynamics 365 portfolio with a particular focus on the Dynamics 365 licensing model.
  • Work closely with the vendor (Microsoft Territory Managers) in driving the strategic plans to promote the Dynamics 365 portfolio with the result of reach, growth and optimize of the base and NPSA results.
  • Initiate partner recruitment (NPA)
  • Partner enablement delivered via Microsoft Technical resources on Customer Enablement, Sales Enablement and Business Central
  • Presentation skills to deliver the Value Proposition and Dynamics 365 Overview
  • Guarantee the satisfactory execution of the associated business plans across all strategic and tactical activities along with strategic business partners and Brand Manager
  • Monthly and Quarterly Business Review sessions with management and vendor stakeholders
  • Constant management and communication of product specific changes and announcements to internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with inter-departmental stakeholders including Sales, Operations and Marketing
  • Explain sales growth in-line with targets
  • Engage with partners on a constant basis as part of relationship management
  • Ensure targeted profit margins are achieved (GP)
  • Ensure weekly activities and minutes of meetings are reported to Brand Manager
  • Support Brand Manager with the marketing activities required to promote partner recruitment and net-customer adds (NPA & NCA)
  • Support partners with enablement through quarterly event plans which can be delivered via partners or technical vendor resources.
  • Work closely with the Brand Manager to convey the required content and campaign requirements for execution through marketing stakeholders
  • Build an Account Plan that records the key sales & marketing strategies and a management system that determines performance and success within the focus list
  • Attend training provided by relevant brand to become totally self-sufficient in the sales of relevant brand products
  • The ability to present the overall company value proposition including tools and capabilities to partners to transact with the company
  • Responsible for the management of all Microsoft campaign Lead Management activities in CRM and cadences for ROI
  • Responsible for all Microsoft Brand cooperative submissions and management
  • Request and evaluation quotes on the D365 portfolio
  • Managing the deal from start to finish

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in distribution.
  • 1+ years’ experience in using Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Certification on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 portfolio (Fundamentals is a must)
  • 2+ years Microsoft brand experience Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • A strategic or business degree would be preferable
  • Experience in using Microsoft systems (Partner Centre, CRM)
