SUMMARY:
The tester will be required to assist the help desk staff identify issues with products; The support team often need help determining if problems are bugs or just user/data errors

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

Technical

Completed Degree in IT or Software
5 Years work experience as a Software Tester
Experience with unit tests tools / techniques
Read, understand, and evaluate C# code files for unit test.
Plan unit test strategy for individual units under test.
Analyse test results for potential bugs
A solid technical understanding of the principles and procedures of Agile
Experience with SAAS development
T-SQL
SQL

Primary Responsibilities

Design and Maintain maintaining unit tests for applications
Complete user acceptance testing
Provide input to the trainer when new functionality is developed
Provide input to the business and development team with regards to usability and feature requests
Work with scrum master to record bugs, glitches, and other flaws in detail.
Be passionate about software quality and be prepared to advocate on behalf of good processes and best practices.
