JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast growing, national recruitment company.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning and conducting interviews and selection procedures. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

Duties:

Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Determining selection criteria.
Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
Conducting interviews
Astutely selecting the most suitable candidate in terms of qualifications, experience and company culture.
Referencing candidates
