JOB DESCRIPTION:

SITE AGENT

A prominent Western Cape based construction company is looking to employ the services of a Site Agent

Previous experience with large construction companies and on large refurbishment projects will be a distinct advantage.

Minimum Requirements:

- 5 - 10 years experience

- Valid drivers license

- Mobile phone

Skills & Experience:

- Supervisor

- Site Management

- Experienced in finishes

- Setting out of duties

- Prioritizing duties

- Ordering of material utilized on site

- Planning of work ahead and keeping to planning schedule

- Recording of completed works

- Recording of hours worked by each employee

Competencies:

- Confidence and decisiveness

- Client focus

- Planning and organizing

- Information gathering and problem analysis

- Quality and detail orientation

- Presenting and communicating information

SALARY: R30 0000-R40 000 per month negotiable dependent on skills and experience
