POSITION INFO:
Upmarket Designer Furniture store seeks a young, vibrant, energetic Showroom / Sales Assistant to be responsible for supporting the company''s day to day operations ensuring that the showroom runs smoothly in line to meeting the company objectives.
You will assist with all sales admin functions to ensure sales flow smoothly, cash register sales, ensure a well-kept organised showroom with correct update pricing, ensure sales opportunities are uploaded and updated daily, manages incoming calls, load, update and follow up leads to won or lost status in the CRM system (need to be very IT literate), qualify prospective leads on behalf of sales consultants, manage the workflow processes in the CRM system, facilitate all customer order deliveries effectively, deal with customers that walk into the showroom and you must be able to work in Excel and Word to update showroom prices.
Must speak Afrikaans and English
