The SHEQ Manager is accountable for the overall health, safety, environment and general quality of the business. In addition to this, the SHEQ Manager, will need to drive the development, maintenance, and implementation of an efficient and effective IMS System (ISO9001, FSSC22000, ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO55001). This position will be expected to work with relevant Managers and stakeholders across the business.
Minimum Requirements
Relevant Degree
Experience in developing, maintaining and implementing health and safety and IMS systems
Experience implementing health and safety processes within an FMCG environment
Experience with ISO standards (preferably ISO9001, FSSC22001, ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO55001)
Experience working with the full MS Office package
Experience in training others on ISO and H&S standards
Experience in auditing of processes and systems (a related qualification or certificate would be preferable)
Computer-literate, especially in Excel and electronic document management systems
Knowledge and application of Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 and relevant standards
Knowledge of relevant IMS related legislation
Knowledge and application of ISO Standards
Valid vehicle license
