JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric with Mathematics
  • 3-5 Years experience of Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety Management
  • Good understanding of EHS Regulations and policies
  • Excellent Computer Literacy in Word and Excel is vital
  • Must be able to conduct training and internal audits
  • Must be proactive, responsible and reliable
  • Good communication skills at all levels
  • Good administrative skills and record keeping
  • Experience in a Packaging or a Manufacturing environment will be beneficial

Responsibilities:

  • Accurate reporting of SHE Stats
  • Support ISO 9001, 45001 standards and FSSC 2022
  • Responsible for ISO 14001 Management system
  • Conduct Health and Safety Induction Training on site
  • Maintain Electronic and Hard copy of SHEQ Documentation requirements
  • Conduct SHEQ Internal Audits
  • Management of contractors on and offsite
  • Maintain NCR system for Quality and SHE complaints
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by Department Manager and or SHEQ Supervisor
