SUMMARY:
An opportunity has arisen for a SHEQ Administrator to ensure all Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) procedures in the organisation are administered accordingly.

JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • 4 – 5 years’ experience in the Administration of a Safety, Health, and Environment and Quality (SHEQ) system related field or similar capacity advantageous.
  • Good Computer literacy (Good Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, Plotting Graphs)

Duties:

  • Administration of the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) system
  • Correctly maintain all documentation relating to equipment and checklists as per procedures
  • Assist in analysing department data captured and report/highlight trends seen or administration deviations
  • Ensure investigations are done correctly, captured and signed off correctly
  • Assist with taking minutes during meetings and follow ups as needed
  • Assist with the implementation and improvements of the company Health and Safety policies and procedures and the Quality Management System
  • Role will report to the Operations Manager
