SUMMARY:
Our Client based in Pretoria is looking for a SHEQ Administrator - Manufacturing

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • 2+ years’ quality/engineering experience in a manufacturing environment – preferably within the Automotive industry
  • Knowledge of SHEQ functions and requirements
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal & written
  • Conduct regular internal audits as per audit plan for SHE&Q.
  • Driving and closing off findings from internal and external audits thereby ensuring continuous improvement in the organization and an effective IMS.
  • Maintain NCR database and ensure NCR’s successfully closed off.
  • Recording, capturing and escalating all NCR for Safety; Health; Environmental management and quality to QA Manager / Management via monthly reporting.
  • Promote the 5S and escalate non-conformance to management.
  • Responsible for IMS document control: (ISO 9001:2015; ISO 45001; ISO 14001 & IATF 16949)
