SUMMARY: Rus de Winter: The incumbent is responsible for designing, deploying, and maintenance of SHE and security systems. The objectives are zero harm, full compliance with statutory requirements, loss control, etc. The incumbent reports to the General Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The She Manager will be responsible for defining, establishing, implementing and sustenance of amongst others systems and procedures: SHE governance; SHE management systems; leadership and personal commitments; communications systems; community and stakeholder relations; training and competence; risk management; fire prevention and control management; legal compliance; management of change; opeerational controls and procedures; occupational health and wellness; contractor controls; incident investigations; emergency preparedness; safety performance and records amanagements and documents and record controls.
NQF level 6 equivalent qualification. At least 7 years experience in SHE roles in a mining environment.
