SUMMARY:
The Controller will manage approximately 20 Field Service Techniciansâ€™ by scheduling the workload and do the invoicing for their jobs

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

Coordinate daily appointments for technical staff to attend service calls and installations
Load service orders
Request stock for daily service calls and installations
Weekly stock recon of technical staff
Creating and obtaining approval for quotes
Daily invoicing
Route Planning
- Reporting

Qualifications and experience:

Matric Certificate
Minimum 5 Years experience
Stock control
Financial experience specifically invoicing and credit notes
Client Service Experience
Route planning
ERP System knowledge
Intermediate Excel knowledge
Driver’s License
Own Vehicle
- Clear Criminal record

Remuneration:

Salary: R23 000
Provident Fund: 5% Employee/5% Employer Contribution
Medical Aid: R636.00
13^th Cheque in month of birthday
