Channel Dynamix is a Performance Marketing Agency which works with product and service provider to increase their sales.

We are looking for a senior outbound call centre manager to join our head office in Rivonia and drive the strategic and operational objectives within this division.

Outline of Role

• Manage day to day operations of outbound call centre

• Implement call centre processes, strategies, and operations

• Work with management to achieve sales targets

• Oversee leadership team

• Oversee all recruitment

• Monitor call metrics, call quality and customer experience

• Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in an outbound call centre management role

• Strong understanding of dialler systems and CRM is advantageous

• Strong understanding of data reporting and metrics

• Ability to work overtime

Package

• Monthly package of R20,000+ per month, experience dependent

• Performance incentives

• Employment Type
