SUMMARY:
SENIOR BOOKKEEPER - DURBAN -

POSITION INFO:

Preferably candidates must have experience in the retail

or fast food industry and are able to work efficiently, under pressure,

and meet deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

ØDebtors & Creditors function including invoicing, customer statements and reconciling accounts.

ØProcessing bank statements.

ØProcessing journal entries.

ØCompile monthly management of accounts.

ØVAT calculations and understanding of the VAT act.

ØPastel Partner experience essential.

ØKnowledge of inventory module on Pastel Partner.

ØSolid understanding of accounting concepts.

ØComputer skills in MS Excel, MS Word, Internet and Email.
