GROUP SECURITY MANAGER

• The preservation of each hospital’s security and mitigation of all related risks.
• Identify and protect company assets through the development and implementation of the appropriate security protocols.
• Ensure the safety of Management, Doctors, staff, and patients within and around each of the hospitals.
• Conducting meetings of a security nature at the Hospitals on a structured and regular basis, engaging with management, staff and service providers. 

• Monitor, maintain and record CCTV Footage.
• Monitor the performance and adherence to service level agreements of the Security officers stationed at the Hospitals and report to Senior Management daily. 
• The investigation of all appropriate offences and reporting on the findings.
• Engage with the relevant police and regulatory authorities when required.
• Ensure that Senior Management is immediately made aware of all security incidents that occur within the Hospitals. 
• Peruse the daily Attendance Registers pertaining to Security officers time and attendance.
• Confirming hours worked 
• Conducting the evaluations of the security staff and service providers.
• Perform security process inspections on a regular and ad-hoc basis. 
• Strictly adhering to all policies and procedures relating to this job description including those within the Company.
