SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking 2 x SCM Temps to assist its Supply Chain Management team.
You will need to have knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management and procurement as per
PFMA regulations in the Public sector
POSITION INFO:
The successful applicant duties include but is not limited to:
RFQ processing:
- Compilation of RFQ documentation for issuing on the CSD
- Evaluation and negotiation of RFQ’s in line with Government Procurement Legal Framework read together with company procurement policies and procedures
- Compile recommendation of award for approval
- Updating Weekly/Monthly reports and other related functions at SCM
Contract Management:
- Compilation of Contract and SLAs for approval
- Updating the Contract Register
- Contract Administration
- Liaison with Project Managers and Contractors
Audit reviews for compliance:
- Bid /RFQ file compliance against checklist
- Application of National Treasury Regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant Diploma
- 3 years or more experience in Supply Chain Management
- No criminal record
- Must be immediately available
