SUMMARY:
Leading multinational Pharmaceutical Company on East Rand are looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

3 - 7 Years experience in Supply Chain with experience in both manufactured and sourced finished goods and/or related supply chain management
Understanding of S&OP process and execute projects inline with company strategies
Understanding of Inventory management cycle
Background in master data maintenance is essential with exposure in a commercial environment (sales / marketing) is an added advantage
Advanced Excel skills essential

Primary Responsibilities Include (not limited to):

Collaborating with various departments to ensure master data is properly maintained and up to date
Collaborating with planning team, suppliers and logistics when implementing projects and system changes
Communicating with teams about product changes, new product forecasts etc
Developing plans for the use of technology within supply chain
Create and drive continuous improvement to meet or exceed benchmarks in demand planning, warehousing, logistics and S&OP processes

Key Skills Required:

Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
Strong report writing skills
Logical thinking with excellent time management skills
