SUMMARY:
Leading multinational Pharmaceutical Company on East Rand are looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:
  • 3 - 7 Years experience in Supply Chain with experience in both manufactured and sourced finished goods and/or related supply chain management
  • Understanding of S&OP process and execute projects inline with company strategies
  • Understanding of Inventory management cycle
  • Background in master data maintenance is essential with exposure in a commercial environment (sales / marketing) is an added advantage
  • Advanced Excel skills essential
Primary Responsibilities Include (not limited to):
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure master data is properly maintained and up to date
  • Collaborating with planning team, suppliers and logistics when implementing projects and system changes
  • Communicating with teams about product changes, new product forecasts etc
  • Developing plans for the use of technology within supply chain
  • Create and drive continuous improvement to meet or exceed benchmarks in demand planning, warehousing, logistics and S&OP processes
Key Skills Required:
  • Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Logical thinking with excellent time management skills
