SAWMILL MECHANIC

SUMMARY:
Ixopo Area – KZN: The successful candidate will manage and lead the team in all areas of maintenance.

POSITION INFO:

The manager is responsible for all maintenance activity at the sawmill to include environmental, fire, safety systems, outside contractors and internal labour

 MINIMUM REQURIEMENTS:

• Min of 5 years previous experience in similar role in the sawmill industry
• Mechanical background
• Computer literate

Experience in the following:

• PLC knowledge
  Sawmill experience is a plus
  Good working knowledge of a modern integrated sawmill advantageous
• Experience in manufacturing and assembling is advantageous
