SUMMARY:
A Freight Forwarding Company is looking for a SAP/WMS Consultant

POSITION INFO:

Main Tasks

Carries out IT projects

Full responsibility for IT project

Plans and monitors project tasks and resources

Manages risks to projects

Agrees project approach with stakeholders, and prepare plans

Works in front line with users of applications and system integrations

Support business process

Support user acceptance tests

Train end to end users and super users

Carry out technical requirements and configure systems

Configure software parameters, activities and system maintenance

Carry out internal testing

Support local and regional IT Logistics services

Responsible for 1st level support and coordinates 2nd level support when needed

Coordinate resolution of application, hardware and software porblems

Awareness of service level agreements

Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting

Matric

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Practical experience in Contract Logistics and Warehousing business

Minimum 4 year SAP Functional Consultant (IM, MM, SD, WM, TM MODULES)

Experience supporting technology solutions for end users

Able to work long hours and weekends when needed

Able to travel nationally and regionally when needed

Must be a self starter
