SUMMARY:
We require a SAP PP Consultant to work in Johannesburg for a 2 month contract.

POSITION INFO:

The duties of the SAP PP Functional Consultant include (but are not limited to) the following activities and scenarios:

Scenario	Scenario Description
Work Center / Bill of Material / Production Routing / Production Version / Change Number	Creation, Change and Display
Production Order Management	Creation, Change and Display. Release, Material Staging, Print and Controls.
Production Confirmation Management	Good Receipt, Components Consumption (in backflush), Components Consumption by cost center. Machine Time and Downtime Confirmation and Management. Good Receipt in EWM of HU and Components Consumption adjustment in EWM and cancellation. Production Order by Product (531)
Post-Production Controls	Automatic movements in error (COGI), Check on actual consumption (EWM consumption) Technical Closure. Stock check at the supply area and at the end of the line as a logistic procedure (not linked to the single production order).
Inspection Methods Master Inspection Characteristics Dynamic Modification Rule Work Center - QM	Create, change and display Quality Master Data
Inspection Plan Inspection Type activation on material master data	Create, change and display Quality Master Data
Quality Info Record	Create, change and display Quality Master Data
Quality Inspection on components at material staging	Quality Inspection on components at material staging
Quality Inspection at the end of production process	Quality Inspection at the end of production process
Incoming flow quality inspection	Incoming flow quality inspection
Manual Quality Notification	Material Nonconformity
Complaint to Supplier	Complaint to Supplier

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant certification
Minimum of 3 – 4 years of experience
Basic EWM experience & knowledge
