Tyre Giants seek a Sales Representative. The successful candidate will report to the Business Manager. You will service existing customer accounts to ensure customer needs identified are met, customer service excellence is maintained, and identify and obtain new business. Key Performance Areas include executing plans to service customers and meet agreed annual sales plan, implementing administrative and procedures to ensure customer needs and standards and procedures are met, develop and improve customer base and sales.
Skills and experience required include Strong compliance, integrity and ethical behaviour at all times. Good interpersonal skills and assertive negotiator at the Management level.
Effective communication, selling and negotiating skills. Ability to work independently as a self-starter within a team. A passion to succeed in a challenging environment. A minimum of 5 years in the OTR and Commercial tyre industry or/and 5 Years sales representative experience in a similar environment. Min Grade 12 (Matric) plus IMM diploma would be an advantage.
