SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading stockist of Fluid Control Products requires a Sales Representative to service the Mining and related Industries and resell their wide range of products.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience reselling of  retail Pumps, Irrigation Fittings  Pipes, Valves and related products is essential and not negotiable
  • Technically minded
  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Have a stable work record and contactable references
  • Valid South African Drivers license and own reliable transport
  • Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Reside in Witbank or surrounding areas
  • Able to work retail hours

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Carry out daily visits to new clients
  • Meet sales targets
  • Promote products
  • Report sales trends
  • Monitor competitor activity
  • Prepare and present visit plans and reports on a weekly basis
  • Strong selling skills  and product knowledge in the fluid control industry
  • Skills in Networking and Negotiating
  • Build maintain relationships with Customers
  • Process orders
  • Offer technical advice, able to select products
