SALES REPRESENTATIVE

SUMMARY:
SALES REP – R15K/MONTH + COMPANY VEHICLE + COMM INCENTIVE – PERMANENT – KZN – IMMEDIATE START – OPEN TO ALL

POSITION INFO:

Our client in the Tyre industry is looking for an well-presented individual to sell all company products and services.  Suitable candidates would have to actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking, build a sustainable customer base, establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships and sell full product and service offering.

DUTIES:

Participate in weekly “Boiler room” sessions to set up confirmed appointments with prospect customers, in order         to achieve new business targets.

Grow customer base.

Ensure all daily activities are achieved and loaded on system

Achieve Product group unit targets.

Presentation of audit findings and solution recommendations.

Follow the Formal Sales process as a first approach with all prospect customers.

Perform cost benefit and need analysis at existing customers, on a quarterly basis.

Follow up on all customer requests.

Meeting & other company requirements:

• Sales meetings, as and when required. (Zoom/face to face)
• Weekly One on One Meeting with Sales Manager. (Zoom/face to face)
• Branch Lock up, according to the roster.

Comply to all company systems and procedures.

Constantly evaluate customers position to ensure that service and product offering is still the best solution.

Review business plans quarterly, implement changes

Conduct Fleet Surveys, Scrap Tire Analysis and Action Reports

Compile Survey Summary and Scrap Summary Reports.

Ensure that potential customers complete Credit Application correctly.

Assist accounts department with resolving queries and collecting late payments, from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:
3 – 5 Years in similar role

Qualification/Degree

Stable working history

Must have Tyre industry experience (NOT NEGOTIABLE)

Valid driver’s license
