POSITION INFO:
The Opportunity

We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Account Specialist to join our Clients' growing team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.

Qualifications:

High school matriculation required.
Tertiary qualification in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing) preferred.
3-5 years' experience in production, customer service, sales, or office administration.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Friendly and professional disposition with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team towards shared goals.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software is essential.
Basic understanding of design principles may be advantageous.
