SALES MANAGER / EAST LONDON - Our Client in the Automotive industry is seeking the services of a Self Driven and Dynamic Sales Manager to oversee and manage the Sales Team. Job stability is crucial.

Min. Requirements:

Grade 12

Mature Individual with strong Leadership qualities

Minimum 3 years previous Sales Management experience

Well-spoken in English & Afrikaans, Xhosa an advantage

Must be able to Lead, Manage and Control staff

Must be energetic, pro-active and self-motivated

Ability to problem solve/use initiative/overcome challenges

Must be able to build and maintain good client relations

Must be happy to work Retail working hours

Sales management and marketing skills, knowledge and experience.

Exceptional Customer Service skills

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting the Dealership in formulating new and used vehicle sales policy

Lead and Motivate Sales Team to achieve objectives

Maximising profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers to meet sales forecast

Efficient procurement of used vehicle sales stock

Ensuring optimum new and used vehicle stock

Ensuring cost control to budget within the department
