SUMMARY:
An Office Automation Company based in Germiston/Johannesburg is currently seeking a Sales Manager to lead and motivate a Sales division within the Office Automation industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Must have 5 years Office Automation experience
Sales management experience is a pre-requisite
Must have managed a team of at least 5 sales people
Matric and tertiary qualification is a pre-requisite
Proven sales track record
Ability to be accountable for the sales team
Managing sales activity
Good problem solver
Great presentation skills to clients
Client Liaison
Good client negotiation skills
Strong work ethic
Integrity
Strong leadership skills – Ability to support, nurture, guide, develop and manage people
Ability to assist sales people on face to face appointments
