SUMMARY:
An office Automation company based in Germiston/Johannesburg is currently seeking an office Automation Sales Manager to lead and manage a team consisting of Sales Executives and Sales Administrators.

POSITION INFO:

The Managers role will be to plan, organise, direct and control their Sales staff to meet set KPI objectives and targets.

Drive the company strategy of growing the base by ensuring that at least 50 units are sold per team per month.

Qualifications and Knowledge:

Sales qualifications

Sound knowledge of Office Automation industry

MPS knowledge. (FM Audit preferential)

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent leadership skills

Ability to meet set KPI targets

Negotiating skills

Above average interpersonal skills

Ability to assist AE’s with quotes and costings

Customer centric

Experience:

Proven track record in similar Sales Manager position (5 years)

CRM Experience

Able to interpret financial statements

Coaching and Training experience

The Company is offering R25 000 to R35 000 plus Commission depending on experience
