A well-established and high-volume used car dealership is looking for an experienced Sales Manager who understands the used vehicle market, has sharp closing skills, and can lead from the front.

What You''ll Be Doing:

Drive and manage the full used vehicle sales process – from stock movement to final signature
Lead a motivated sales team to hit and exceed monthly unit and profit targets
Coach and mentor sales executives to sharpen their product knowledge and closing techniques
Accurately value trade-ins and stock vehicles for fast turnaround
Monitor used car trends, pricing, and buyer behaviour to stay ahead of the market
Maximise dealership profitability while ensuring an exceptional customer experience
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategy

What You Bring:

5+ years in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management role
In-depth knowledge of used vehicles, specifications, and trade-in valuations
A natural deal-closer with a proven record of exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and people skills – you''re driven, hands-on, and lead by example
Professional presentation and excellent negotiation skills
Experience with vehicle management and dealership software (e.g. Kerridge, Automate, etc.)
Valid driver’s license essential
