POSITION INFO:

SALES Contact Centre Specialist (Wealth Management: Bond Optimiser) – Cape Town

R15 000 – R18 000 Basic Per Month PLUS Lucrative COMMISSION

Our client, a reputable and growing Wealth Management firm is offering this exciting career opportunity within their vibrant, diverse and dynamic firm.

Main Purpose of the Role:

To improve sales and the overall business growth with an in-depth understanding of the company products and services.  

One would describe you as being a self-motivated and positive team player who as effective emotional intelligence with a high degree of patience and assertiveness whilst possessing excellent rapport-building skills.  You take pride in your work, lead by example and have strong planning and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Achieve the sales quotas
  • Achieve the daily and monthly targets
  • Ensure that conversion targets are achieved as per company requirement
  • Handle all inbound sales requests to enhance the customer experience
  • Aim to resolve all matters upon first contact (First call resolution)
  • Work with team members in order to increase motivation and drive results
  • Promote service delivery
  • Interface with support teams on any problem areas
  • Retain ownership of and manage customer queries within turnaround times
  • 100% case ownership and contact management
  • Capturing information according to set data standards
  • Make sound judgements in the interest of the customer and team as and when required within scope of responsibility
  • Lead Prospect Management
  • Interact with Principals, building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Maintain a proactive approach and ensure strong relationships with clients
  • Provide assistance to clients by troubleshooting and method development
  • Provide technical advice to clients with regards to product options and offering advice on products as required
  • Obtain a firm understanding of clients requirements in order to provide the best possible solutions for the short and long-term
  • Work closely with the existing Sales Team and Management regarding new products and market strategies for the industry

Skills, Knowledge & Experience required:

  • Grade 12/Matric
  • Minimum 3 years SALES experience gained ideally within the financial services / insurance / bond origination / related industry
  • Strong understanding of the Telesales/Retentions/Saves markets and the ability to deliver against targets set by the customer or the business.
  • Must have Excel experience
  • Experience in legal drafting would be advantageous
  • Strong command of English and a second language
  • Clear credit and criminal record
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm)
