POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced SALES ADMINISTRATOR (AA) (DISABLED CANDIDATE) for a large, well-established concern, position based in the KwaZulu-Natal area (between Pietermaritzburg and Durban).

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Tertiary qualification/s in administration and/or sales.

English / Zulu speaking person.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Experience on ERP systems an added advantage).

2yrs+ previous working experience in a similar position.

Previous working experience preferably in the chemical (or similar) industry.

Provide support for the sales team.

Responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders and to improve the productivity of field sales representatives by dealing with customer queries and fielding calls.

Contribute to the quality of customer service and the achievement of sales targets.

Excellent telephone manner in support of relationship building and problem solving.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record in people relationship building.

Ability to operate efficiently in a high call rate environment.

Ability to handle sales data confidentially.
