SUMMARY:
Our client based in Pretoria-East is looking for a SAIPA Clerk. Must have completed B.Com Accounting. Must have valid drivers license. Must have own transport. Must be able to start 1st July 2021. Must be SA Born Citizen.

POSITION INFO:

The ideal individual will be adaptable in a fast-paced environment as well as deadline-driven as the volume of responsibility for this role is usually broad.

The key responsibilities for this role will include:

Work with a senior accountant or controller to assist with tasks that will build knowledge
Responsible for accounts payable to keep records up-to-date
Month-end closing
Analysis of income statements
Cash flow management
Statutory compliance
Reporting
Financial Accountant
Reconciliations
Invoicing of clients
Process bank statements

You will be hands-on involved with the full financial function for various shared services divisions.

Qualification:

Completed B.Com Accounting degree
Completed Honours degree will be advantageous
Completed SAIPA Articles

Experience:

1-2 years post article experience

Skills Required:

Management skills
Advanced Excel experience
Communication skills
