POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

• Financial Graduate, currently studying or a matriculant enrolled to study towards your finance degree part-time will be accepted.
• Must have own vehicle with valid driver licence and willing to travel.
• Excellent with Excel.
• Detail-orientated and deadline-driven.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• VAT calculation.
• Payroll and EMP201 submission.
• Monthly accounting work.
• Preparation of financial statements.
• Trial balance to financial statements.
• Management accounts when needed.
• General letters for clients.
• Provisional tax calculation.
• SARS efiling – submission of income tax, VAT, EMP201, provisional tax, dividends tax.
• SARS efiling company profile.
• SARS VAT registrations.
• SARS PAYE, SDL and UIF registrations.
• Workmens compensation fund registration.
• UIF Labour department registration and monthly filing.
• Efficient communication with clients.
• SARS appointments.
• EMP501 submission – SARS E-filing and Easyfile.
