SAICA Clerk - George - Western Cape

JOB DESCRIPTION:

An accounting and auditing firm located in George is seeking a SAICA Clerk to join their pro-active and dynamic team

Duties and responsibilities:

Work with a senior auditors or controller to assist with tasks that will build knowledge
Responsible for accounts payable to keep records up-to-date
Helping colleagues with tasks and administrative duties
Travelling to meet clients
Produce client reports
Perform Audit Work
Complete Tax Returns
Finalize an Audit File and propose an Audit opinion
Manage personal performance
Work effectively in teams
Uphold ethics and values and act with integrity
Write clearly and succinctly
Set clear objectives and plan activities
Work productively and in a challenging environment
Process bank statements
Reconciliations
Invoicing of clients
Drawing up financial statements

Minimum requirements:

Must have a B.Com Degree and Honours
MS Office and Caseware software;
Must be able to work under pressure;
Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English);
Must be willing to learn
