Senior consultant/Assistant Audit manager post/s.

Assistant financial manager post/s.

The following is a list of tasks and responsibilities that is expected from our Senior Consultants (please note that this list is not exhaustive, but details the core duties related to the post): 

Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Keep abreast of the latest development in the industry, latest pronouncements, legislation, standards, guidance etc relevant to the engagement.
  • Manage own competence, skills and development in line with the requirements of the assignment,
  • Planning the audit,
  • Execution of audit tests,
  • Participate in steering committee meetings with management as and when required,
  • Generate audit reports indicating:
  • Audit findings
  • Recommendations
  • Engagements with client regarding issues found as a result of the testing
  • Supervise subordinates in the execution of the three audit phases
  • Supervise team meetings regarding the direction and progress on the audits
  • Provide guidance to internal/external auditors on audit related matters
  • Conduct the field work in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Communicate to Manager and Senior Manager on progress or obstacles during the field work

All of the above must be demonstrable and supported by acceptable relevant evidence (i.e. Referral Letter or letter of motivation)
