POSITION INFO:
Constantia Kloof (Roodepoort), Johannesburg: CONVEYANCING SECRETARY (BONDS & TRANSFERS)
Minimum Requirements:
-Professional and presentable
-Recent experiencing in Developments, attending to Sectional title transfers and bonds at a law firm a must
-Recent experience in Bond Registrations for all major banks (STDB, Nedbank, ABSA & FNB. SA Homeloans experience advantageous)
-Fully independently function (from receipt of instruction to finalization)
-Accurate, efficient and able to attend to more than one development at any given time
-Computer literate in Ghostconvey and E4 a must (GhostPractice proficiency advantageous)
-Stable employment record
-Contactable reference
Duties:
-Drafting of transfer and bond documents, applying for Section 53 Certificates and CSOS certificates (under Conveyancer supervision), submitting transfer duty receipts, obtaining rates clearance certificates and bondholders consents.
-Client liaison
-Upliftment of retentions and obtaining all bondholder proceeds for lodgment and registration
-Weekly reporting to clients
-Attending to finances on all transactions.
-General conveyancing secretarial duties.
Salary: R 18 000.00 – R 25 000.00 gross (Depending on relevant experience and agreed commission structure)
