DIRECT REPORT: Maintenance Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a Red seal trade tested Millwright
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Robotic programming
• Experience in ABB, Hydraulics and Pneumatics is a must
• PLC Robotic programming knowledge and experience is essential
• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate with Maths and Science
• Prior Supervisor approval.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform corrective, preventative and predictive maintenance work
• Improvements on machinery and processes
• Programming of machines
• Keep an up to date schedule of all robot programs
• Monthly welding parameter check to ensure no changes in programs
• Organize maintenance work required on Robots and equipment
• Ensure a record is kept in any changes performed on robots
